Well, it's that time of year again...the West Bend Farmers Market begins the first Saturday in June! The Landowgals will be there opening day selling many of your old favorites as well as some new and exciting merchandise!  Our motto this year is...

"Save the earth and help a child...

Go Green with a made with love bag"

Proceeds from our sales will support the children at the Joyful Journeys Orphanage in India.

This hand sewn muslin produce bag with drawstring works perfect for packaging 

your fruits and veggies at both the market and grocery store.

India Donations

We are back from India now, and as most of you know  before we left we worked hard selling our merchandise

and because of your overwhelming support,
over $800 was profited for us to take to India to spend.

Here is how we spent the money…

Additional plates for the lunch bunch kid’s were purchased
so they wouldn’t have to eat in shifts…

We bought new special outfits for all the orphans...

OH HAPPY DAY!!!!

We rented auto rickshaws to transport all the travelers and orphans
for a special outing to the beach…

this was a picture from when we were waiting for a train to move out of the way

We were able to purchase dinner for all the orphans,
plus Novahu and his extended family
(57 in all)...

Along with “Mail Dude”
we bought text books and writing materials
for the students in the night school…

We were also able to by a generator to supply power to the orphanage when the electricity goes out. Check out the pictures...

India Trip!!!!

Hello All!

My family and I will be "hopefully" leaving for India this Sunday!!!! We have been SO busy trying to get everything to together for our trip.  I say "hopefully leaving" because we are still waiting on our Visa's:-/  We would appreciate some prayers!

To everyone who stopped by our open house, placed an order, made a donation, or prayed!  We could not have had the amazing success we did without all of your love and support! 

Our open house went very well, and we have enough orders to stay busy up until Christmas!!!!  

Thank you again!  All of the proceeds that we have raised (and are raising:-) will go to help us do fun activates with the school children and orphans when we are in India!  Last year we were able to take them to the India Ocean, I can only imagine all the fun we will have this next time!
